The Battlefield 1943 release date is 8th July for XBOX and 9th July for the PS3!

This is great news as we have been waiting for the release date for ages. But unfortunately the 360 gets it first.

For those who want to know about the game, it costs £10, there will be 4 maps, planes, tanks and a fun sauce topping. Check out videos below.

Yeah, the E3 demo struck me by surprise. Its like Sin City, Okami and WWII made a freak child... :smileysurprised:

Xbox only get it a day early because Microsoft update there store on a Wednesday where as Sony update PSN on a Thursday

BTW, does anyone know how big the game is, a few GB? I will need to upgrade my harddrive before i can get it.

You may not belive this, but it's only about 500mb in size.
