Hi everyone,

I want to buy a game pretty soon, and would like to know if you guys have any tips for me.

I was thinking of Resident evil OP RC, but I am not so sure. I just finished Prototype 2.

depends what your tastes are really. I've heard mixed things about REORC, some people love the multi player element and ive spoken to hardcore RE fans who have said its utter garbage. Im not a fan of of action based RE games myself and preferred the older games of the psone era.

Next game im getting is darksiders 2, but thats not out till august.

Yea thats the problem. There are so many different kinds of reviews that I don´t know which reviews to believe.

I haven´t even played the first darksiders

I don´t really have a taste when it comes to video games. I play what seems good, as long as its not a sports game. (Why play fifa street when I can play football on the street?)

I think I might trade in a few games and just get Resi, then I can use the moey I save to buy a good game later. Not sure which one thou. I played Warhawk long ago, maybe Starhawk would be an option.

If your thinking of getting Operation Racoon City for the co-op then i would recommend Borderlands if you havent played it (Game Of The Year edition preferably) its my favourite co-op game of all time just for the pure fun of it and Borderlands 2 is out this year which will be awesome

other than that i would recommend all 3 Uncharted games if you want to play arguably the best story driven adventure games ever plus The Last Of Us is out in november i think and thats made by the same people so if you enjoy the Uncharted trilogy theres no doubt thats a game you should have on your radar

That's a good starting point - and it's cheap now, too. And just as you finish it, the sequel will come out. Perfect.

ok, wow.I didn´t think so many people liked the first darksiders game. Is it open world? Not that its important.

I bought Borderlands as soon as it was released

It has large environments similar to Borderlands. But also has indoor/linear type levels as well.

Just check some videos out on youtube to get a feel for the game and to see if you like what you see

It's kind of open world in the same way Zelda is - run around where you want then go in a linear "dungeon", although I don't recall there being a single actual dungeon.
