Is the extra content one time use codes or built into the disk?

Pretty sure its all on the disc, and then I think there may be a couple of of bits on PSN store as well though I could be wrong on that one but yep, all the other bits are on the disc.

So if I buy pre-owned I'll get all the content ?

Yep, should be totally fine. If you want to double check it should say on the back of the cover or the staff will hopefully know. You'll have the receipt anyway so should be a-okay

Buying it off Amazon , and if not, it's only like £3 more than the norm version anyway.

I would have thought that all GOTY editions now should have all the extra content on the disk?

When Borderlands GOTY came out it just had a code with it to download it all off the store but people complained that all the extra content wasnt safe so if something happened to your console then you couldnt get the DLC again so they put the content on the disk in later copies of the game like the one i have which is alot better
