Hey guys anyone playing this game? I started when it went free and just subscribed and have got a level 30 fire tank Hero PVE, Rastan.
Liking it alot.
Send me a friends request in game if you want to chillax and do some Duos or alerts.
Ah, found the thread :D
Just got into this game, ive got a level 15 (immolation) fire tank at the moment, ive tried a few builds and this one just seems to be the best so far. I bought the "Lightning strikes" DLC so i might make a lightning character next and im planning on getting the green lantern one too ;).
Managed to do my first alert last night and i found it quite enjoyable. Wouldnt mind a few friends to do some duos / alerts / raids with. My current character is called Arathane (Hero EUPS3 PvE server)
might add you econodog, if thats ok. My playing times are really late at night though (usually from around midnight till around 3am)
Lol, im finding that costume styling is becoming just as important to me as my characters fighting ability at the moment :P Who wouldve thought that a blokey 29yr old would be worrying about what kind of tights look good on his muscle-bound hero? :D
Slowly getting there now, lvl 22 immolation tank ;)
@Smokey: Aww do you get the spanky Beta tester "B" emblem for your characters? Im so jealous.
Totally agree guys im more worried about my style than the gear. Funny as all.
Anyways taking a month or 2 off from DCUO only cause I hit 30 and had no one to play with.:Frown:
But ill take it back up again soon and see you all there.
I"m playing DC Universe Online. I have a level 30 character. (Hugo1) I'm trying to raise my combat rating. I keep doing the same missions over and over, but it is taking a very long time to get the "Marks of Triumphs" needed to buy the better armour. Is there a more efficient way to collect them, or am I doomed to grind in the mines of boredom?
So far it's just Solo Missions. Because my work schdule is off & on, I don't have a crew yet. So it hard to the other mission types. But thanks for the info.
It means that when you pick up an object, it becomes a weapon, and you do +100% damage (double) with it. You also can pick up larger objects than others who do not pick this iconic can.
The weaponization works on physical objects that you physically throw (meteor, ice block, apparently bombs). I hear it does not work with things you throw with your mind (i.e., does not work for objects thrown by telekinesis).
Hope that helps :)
