Yes, assigning tactics is quite easy, in fact a rubber chicken could work that much out. BUT your party members have problems following those orders.

if its so easy that a rubber chicken could do it, then WHY do you struggle with it so much, perhaps they just don't like you , I suspect your  just trolling for a response like you always seem to do on these forums

My point was I assigned, prioritised and saw my tactics executed as expected, my party had no problems following them. Then again I am a programmer so I have coded and used rules-based processing plenty of times before, and this is a really nice simple implementation too .
