Is the Sacrificial Chamber meant to be beaten?  I'm being slaughtered every time.  Maybe I don't have the right weapons and armour going in.

While I haven't been there myself, I think I've read about what happens in there. Take a sniper rifle with armour piercing rounds and have a good guns skill, you should be able to clean up. Or get an EMP weapon. There's an unarmed one and an energy pistol. Search the Fallout wiki for their locations if you need one.

The Freezing problems are getting worse just entered red rock and it keeps freezing

Havn't seen to much freezing

But after playing for a few hours the loading noticably takes longer

Also found the Garand or 'this machine' even makes the ping sound,

i recommend it

If you have Boone with you he makes fighting the deathclaws significantly easier, even if you encounter an entire pack.


I haven't played this game in over a week because of the freezing issue, I am so disappointed.

the sacrifice room is fairly easy if you have decent weapons... i did it with a power fist. just move quickly and it's fairly simple!

on that note tho... the balistic fist has to be the best weapon ever! fighting the final legion guy at the dam took me 4 punches!! most guys are only 1 punch... and if you have the grim reaper perk you can take down a whole pack of them with very little damage taken and very quickly!

that said tho... it's always good to use boone and ED-E as distractions!! especially ED-E with upgraded armor!

I'm thinking of trying again with that Fist you find at Hidden Valley.  It seems to punch through Power Armour.
