Theres also rumours of hacked lobbys

not sure if its true, but a guy won a Payne game the other night with 0 kills, and 1 point I melee'd him 5 times, each time he'd go wobbly fall to floor, but then reappear, stood up further over with full health

That might be the case...

However, I do find it odd that it's happening across both systems (PS3 and 360).
I'm not even thinking of starting a 2nd playthrough until it's fixed.

I had that last night 2 won't name them but I dropped him 5 times and they just kept getting back up but they didn't seem to be able to kill anyone I think they were just lagging really bad

I thought lag to, but I don't get how he came top with no kills, 300 points is an awful lot of 10-15 point assists

I wish they'd add a thing so that it says wether people are online or not, instead of just "Max Payne 3" under their PSN id's.

Or the option to join them. Was unsure whether you were playing the story or not, so went lone ranger and died a lot

Thats a shame, been after seeing what the crew vendetta thing is all about, prob just in game kill related.
