Re: Level Setting Max Payne 3

I think I read someone else saying that free aim/soft aim (ow whatever it is) can affect trophies as well... can't recall exactly though.

Re: Level Setting Max Payne 3

there are some trophies that will only unlock via free aim - these are clearly marked in the trophy list so that's good :smileyhappy:

not sure about changing difficulty mid game though, sorry.

Re: Max Payne 3

Havent managed a game online yet. All i get is put into a lobby on my own and just sit there, sometime s a couple of players join but they end up going.

Had numerous crashes as well forcing me to reset the console. Any idea what the new patch was for???

Due to my venture to plat this game I am now playing again on Old School and I just got to the part in the

Spoiler
gang camp thingy near the swap thingy and you go on the boats thingies

and I am surprised at how easy it is :smileyfrustrated: Maybe I haven't got to the really hard parts yet but I did struggle on one bit mainly because I kept running out of ammo though.

Good luck with that. 9/10 estimated difficulty on PS3Trophies. I know I wont be playing this game 3 times over, nor wasting half of my life online sloooowly grinding to level 50. Its taken me how ever many hours to get to rank seven. Usually games are easy at the first several levels :smileyindifferent:

the trophies are hard !! complete part 1 for instance , isnt chapter 1 its part1 about chapter 8 is where part 2 begins , also aiming on hard lock cancels trophies soft lock or free aim must be used , hope this helps

I would say the trophies are more tight then hard, they just need grinding which isn't difficult, just time consuming. There should be a trophy for each chapter, not one for each of the 3 chapters. I played this game for about 5 hours (sp & mp) until I received my first  trophy :Shame: Which was for looting a body :smileyindifferent:

As for difficulty ones I cant see it allowing you to change the difficulty at will and still get the trophy. What's to stop everyone playing on easy, then banging it to hard on the final level?

From start to finish is usually the norm now
