I've also got the Valve PR about it somewhere too if you want it?

Here's the article I did on it if you want a second source :smileytongue: http://www.connectedconsoles.com/ps3/portal-2-ps3-steam-features-revealed/2874/

Re: Portal 2: Unofficial Thread

Haha, I managed to miss the news somehow, I like to think I'm pretty clued up on games but that announcement slipped me by completely. Fantastic news for PS3 gamers though, for me that's changed this from a probably pre-order to an absolute definite pre order.

Re: Portal 2: Unofficial Thread

The whole PS3 gets you the game on PC seems a bit of a moneymaking thing, doesn't it? For each PC gamer that gets the game on PS3 rather than PC there's an extra £10 being spent/made...

It's still a good idea, mind. I might get it on PS3. But a saving of £10 is very attractive, and it probably isn't worth the extra money just to have it on a platform I likely won't play it on

Re: Portal 2: Unofficial Thread

From what I've read, you'll have to link your PSN account to your Steam account from within the game, so PC gamers who don't have a PS3 or know someone with one will be disappointed if they buy the PS3 version to get the most different platform versions.

Personally, I was likely to buy the game on PS3 at first and then probably on PC later, so this is perfect for me.

Sorry, to clarify I meant every PC gamer that buys it on PS3 because they own both.

Re: Portal 2: Unofficial Thread

Played and completed Portal on The Orange Box, great game, they will have to introduce more gameplay mechanics in 2 for it told hold up double lengths, can't wait either way, especially with co-op support.

And the credits are simply the best ever :smileyvery-happy:
