Am I right in thinking that I'll be able to go back after I've completed the story and complete remaining space missions?

Also, does anyone else find it strange that we don't have a Ratchet & Clank board?

Yes you can do the space missions after in challenge mode or you can warp back after the ending.

A few of us have suggested a Ratchet and Clank board but nothing ever happens.

So if I do it in Challenge mode do I only have to do the ones that I didn't do on my first playthrough?

And just one more thing! Can I play the Challenge mode on hard and get the trophies for completing challenge mode and completing the game on hard in one go?

If there is a board for Unreal Tournament and there used to be one for Genji it doesn't make sense not to have a R&C board!

I think just the ones you haven't done will be there it doesn't make a difference changing difficulty in challenge mode.

I tried but i had to have third playthru and i thought hard was easier than challenge mode.

I managed to storm hard in about 6-7 hours ignoring all the side missions and collectibles.

When you complete the story it will ask you if you want to start Challange Mode or go back to before the final boss fight. Best off choosing go back to before boss fights, complete everything, side missions, collectibles etc, then you can just start the Challange Mode play through from the Extras menu.

You won't get the trophy for Hard mode from the Challange Mode one though, I tried that, ended up playing through 3 times for Platinum, didn't mind though, awesome game!

Personally I find Hard mode a bit tougher than Challange Mode because in Challange Mode I had all the fully upgraded weapons from the 1st playthough and the RYNO V of course!

EDIT: I also find it shocking that there is no Ratchet and Clank board!

Correct, which is why I found it easier to go back to before the boss fights after beating the story, that way you can carry on collecting and upgrading your weapons so when you start challenge mode, you can just blast through it without worrying. Also don't know if you've done all the tournaments yet, but you get a map of all collectibles for completing one of the Raritanium ones, the fourth chalenge I think.

As Newsky says the arena tournament's are good help for the map and if you replay them to max your weapons.

I will add the NZ/AUS have a Ratchet and Clank board if it requires space i am looking at you Devil May Cry and Patapon.
