I recently bought Resident Evil 4 HD from the store, completed it and such, but the extra modes Mercenaries and Assignment Ada haven’t unlocked despite other game-completion bonuses unlocking just fine. Is it something to do with the version uploaded or something? Thanks!

think u need to complete game within a certain time to unlock these. what was yr finish time?

Ouch that's a bit harsh. Being punished for taking your time and enjoying a game.

I never rush a game, got a bad habit for always backtracking and double checking an area to see if I missed anything

There wasn't such a stipulation when I had it on PS2 I don't think. And looking around online it doesn't say there's a time limit. On my New Game run I did it in 9:34 and on New Game+ I got it down to 2 hours. Surely that's quick enough haha

I think why we dont have mercenaries and assignment ada is because the HD version they put on the store is the german version which doesnt have them extras.

All Extras Unlock on the original DVD, No matter the time taken to complete the single player.

Adas mission was an extra for PS2 version...

It is the Gamecube version that they have upgrade ported.

Do you have to do the main game on the normal mission setting?

I know playing it on Easy cut a few bit out through the game,.

Ok so is there anyone who has downloaded the resident evil 4 and code veronica x special offer from psn store, bet it on normal and got mercenaries mode? Because i was reading blogs and some people say they got it when they bet it and some didnt including me.
