It would be great if they could bring the REmake over to PS3, Capcom had an exclusivity deal with Nintendo for it though, a shame as the REmake is, imo, the pinnacle of survival horror. The Chronicles HD games coming to PSN soon will be fun, if not a bit goofy, shooter takes on them anyhow 
All the titles Mikami worked on are the ones I enjoy in the series, I was never into 5 but 6 looks like it has the potential to be a lot of fun, the darker visuals are good, zombies are back, the playable characters seem like a good choice and generally the trailer was cool. I can't wait to fight zombies instead of majini with the RE4 style gameplay, I just hope the story ties up nicely without silly stuff like us playing as a Lou Ferrigno lookalike who can breathe in an active volcano and punches two ton boulders to move them

I thought it looked pretty good. Visual style is cool,story seems a lot better than 5 and we now know for sure that it's Sherry who's back and the mercenary guy is Alex Wesker. It's cool to see flashes of how the three sides of the campaign come together and crossover too. Locations seem varied as well, we've seen the train section with Leon, bits in the US and China, some new snowy location, bit that looks like a prison etc.
They really meant it when they said they were making it a 'Dramatic Horror', look pretty dramatic. Not exactly the direction I'd hope the series to take after 4 tbh, but if it's good I'll play it regardless.
EDIT: Actually come to think of it with the way Chris recognised Wesker Jr. AND the video Chris saw I guess it's still very likely it's Steve from CV. This game is pure fanservice with the return of zombies and playable Chris and Leon, so I guess Steve would make more sense and Wesker's dialog about being able to bring Steve back (idr if it was from Wesker's files or CVX) it would still make sense to call him Wesker Jr...
