MotorStorm Servers for Online Play

This post summarizes the status of the servers for online play in all MotorStorm games.

MotorStorm® RC (Platform: PSVita & PS3 Released: Feb 2012)

All network features for MotorStorm RC are active and operational.
All aspects of online play (cross-save, leaderboards, challenges, activity streams) are actively supported by dedicated and regularly maintained servers.

MotorStorm® Apocalypse (Platform: PS3 Released: Mar 2011)

All network features for MotorStorm Apocalypse are active and operational.
All aspects of online play (multiplayer, weekly challenges, leaderboards) are actively supported by dedicated and regularly maintained servers.

MotorStorm® Arctic Edge (Platform: PSP Released: Sept 2009)

All network features for MotorStorm Arctic Edge are active and operational.
As of 1 October 2012 the online play features of this game will be retired (in accordance with decreasing levels of activity and the need for PlayStation to focus support on newer games).

MotorStorm® Pacific Rift (Platform: PS3 Released: Oct 2008)

All network features for MotorStorm Pacific Rift are active and operational.
As of 1 October 2012 the online play features of this game will be retired (in accordance with decreasing levels of activity and the need for PlayStation to focus support on newer games).

MotorStorm™ (Platform: PS3 Released: Dec 2006)

Some network features for MotorStorm are active and operational (game updates, PlayStation Store add-ons and expansions), but the online play features of this game were retired in 2011 (in accordance with decreasing levels of activity and the need for PlayStation to focus support on newer games).

É sempre complicado ver estes títulos a ficarem sem a funcionalidade online.

Para qualquer jogo de corridas, acho que é muito mais atrativo quando se ve em jogos modos online

As editoras deviam ser obrigadas a incluir na info do jogo, bem visível na caixa, até quando estava garantido o modo online do jogo, assim como devia haver um tempo mínimo por lei.

Não os tenho mas também sou da opinião que nenhum jogo devia ter o online pré-pago, 80% deles Eu não compraria o acesso online.

Não façam issoooooooo!!!! O que será de mim??????? LoL terei que voltar pro MSA :-(  espero que lançem logo um novo título da série, com a mesma qualidade do Pacific Rift.
