Picked up the London 2012 Olympics game last week.
They've tweaked the power system so you no longer have to button bash to get your power up. Which makes it a bit easier as the focus is on control rather than how fast you can mash the buttons.
The button bashing really was a skill though, but this will definitely level the playing field.
It's a pretty enjoyable party game.
In the real Olympics I always like watching the Swimming, as a former swimmer myself it's incredible to see how fast these guys can get through the water.

So Its begun... Opening Ceremony complete with Mary Poppins, Rowan Atkinson, Paul McCartney and one of the Olympic Ambassadors David Beckham, and now it's time for the action!
What were your thoughts on the Opening Ceremony? Any favourite moments? I think my favourite moment was Rowan Atkinson in the Chariots of Fire, that man is genius!

They should just rename the Olympics the People's Republic of China games. They're in everything and close to medalling in most events as well. It boggles the mind.
I had that question asked the other day, I'd compete in one of the target shooting events, it just seems like the laziest sport that anyone could do with a bit of practice.
