We have an epic app currently running over on Facebook to celebrate the awesome new title, Move Fitness!

You can take part in a fitness quiz, answer a few questions and then the program will set up a PlayStation Move Fitness plan for you.

It will also give you a specific list of exercises that you can take with you in the game to help you getting in shape

Not only this, you can also invite friends, share your Move Fitness gym pass via Facebook and Twitter and it will give you the opportunity to take part in a competition.

The prize for the winner is a virtual fitness gym consisting of:

A Full HD 3D television,

A PlayStation®3 system,

A PlayStation®Move Starter Pack,

A copy of the game Move FitnessTM and a Move FitnessTM T-shirt.

The competition is running from 14/11/2011 until 02/01/2012 so don't miss out!

The competition page doesn't allow people born later than 1990 approx enter despite the terms allowing anyone over 16 to enter.

does anyone know how to customise the music on the move? ive got the music on my ps3 but it wont bring it up when i try to customise
