Here's a chance to create your own Portable ID for the Official PlayStation Community!

Since January 2009, you have created over 1 million Portable IDs at eu.playstation.com, giving you the chance to show off your gaming credentials via the Official PlayStation Community and other online sites.

Now you have to chance to create a portable ID that will be used by millions of users! We'd like you to design your own style Portable ID theme and post it in this thread before 30 June 2011 (You must post in this thread to participate). 

Any portable IDs which we feel are absolutely amazing will be used as a template for the entire PSN community!

We would like the design to be original, so no existing game characters or imagery and your entry doesn't have to be game related so for example a Blog or forum related designs would be fine.

You can download the PSD file to edit here

You can create PSN and PSN + designs but please make sure that you do not post content that infringes the law or third party rights, or which includes activities or statements which are discriminatory, offensive, obscene or defamatory or which may cause offence to others on grounds of nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, faith or disability.

You are free to post as many entries as you want.  Once the best designs have been selected they will be published at eu.playstation.com/psn/mypsn where the rest of the world will be able to download and use them.

Get involved and grab the chance to show off your design skills to the PlayStation community!

Please note that once you submit your ideas to our forum, they are then free to be used by us in any manner.

All we're doing is editing the current ones or can we create them from scratch?

I believe it's the use the same frame and structure as the existing PIDs.

Oh and I have to add.  Make sure you submit your entries in the .PSD format.

You dont need Photo shop to create PSD 

But this site wont host PSD.

so you need to upload the file esle were (and thats were the problems starts with picture hosting sites that also don't support PSD ) so you have to use file hosting sites then link here.
