From the 14th of December until Sunday 18th December I'll have a PS3 game to give away on my twitter page! All you will need to do is answer some really simple questions!

Specific Rules
Entry Rules
1. This Competition is open to residents aged 18 years or over of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
2. To enter this Competition, you must answer a question which will be posted on the following twitter feed https://twitter.com/#!/Envisager_ at 09.00 GMT on each day of the competition. The question will vary from each day to the next. Your answer must be submitted by private message to the Envisager_ twitter account along with your name, address, contact details, country of residence, and date of birth.
3. This Competition is open for entries on 14 December 2011 at 9:00 GMT and closes for entries on 18 December 2011 at 23:59 GMT.
4. Entrants may enter only once each day. If an Entrant wins a Prize, they will be barred from winning any more Prizes and will be automatically discounted from the calculation of the Winner for all remaining days.
5. There will be one Winner per day of the Competition. On each day the Winner shall be the:
· 14 December 2011 – 5th;
· 15 December 2011 – 10th;
· 16 December 2011 – 15th;
· 17 December 2011 – 20th; and
· 18 December 2011 – 25th person to answer the question correctly.
6. The Winners’ Prize will be a PS3 game worth approximately £40.
7. If the Prize is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the Prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).
8. The Winners will be notified by private message on Twitter by 19 December 2011 23:59 GMT and must claim their Prize within 4 weeks of the notification. Prizes shall be dispatched by registered post. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the Prize within 1 month of claim but does not accept any liability where Prizes are dispatched later.
9. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the name of the Winners as well as their country of residence on the Promoter’s website(s). The details of the Winners (name and country) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked [name of recipient] to the following address: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP within 4 weeks of the closing date specified above.
10. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter or its agents for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, completed or delayed computer transmission which affect entrants’ ability to enter the Competition or for any other reason beyond its control.
11. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other Competition or Competition by the Winners.
12. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at their sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any Prize awarded.
13. Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the awarding of Prize impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. In this situation, the Promoter may at its discretion vary or amend Prizes so as to provide a reasonable alternative Prize. The Winners agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.
14. For the avoidance of doubt any participants’ personal data relating to the Promotion will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and for the administration of the Promotion. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
15. Any tax liability on any Prizes will be the responsibility of the Winners.
