Hey there guys,

 We've had a bit of a shake-up down in the Technical Help & Advice Section - 

•  The previously named 'Technical Help & Advice' Board is now simply named Technical Help.
•  The 'Technical Help & Advice Discussions' Board has been renamed 'Technical Solutions
•  'Accepted Solutions' functionality has been added to the Technical Help board 

So - what the heck does that mean?

Well - instead of having two technical support forums that do pretty much the same thing, we now have a place to look for answers, and a place to ask for answers! Hurrah!

Our Technical Help board is the place to go if you have a technical question. Here, you can ask your question - and when it is answered, you can 'approve' a solution as the best one for your problem. This will let everyone else know that the approved solution worked for your problem. Our Customer Service Advisors will also be on hand to approve solutions for you - so there'll always be help at hand.

Our Technical Solutions board will be an archive of all the approved solutions from the Technical Help section - and will act as a starting point for anyone seeking help.

Have not had to use that section for a while, but look forward to when I have an issue

Hopefully il never have any problems so i wont need to visit it.

funniliy enough after trying to get help on a technical query the other day and not getting a response I was going to comment on the dual same board thing!
