I thought the trilogy was AC1,AC2, and the upcoming AC3 with ACB and ACR as expansions?
It's confusing to a degree they start each new Assassin with a new AC number so I just presumed that it was in reference to the Assassin so Ezio would have been in 3 making his story a trilogy but your way works too lol.
No different than GTA... each GTA'verse' starts with a new number...
GTA (and London)
GTAIII - including Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories
GTAIV - including Chinatown Wars and double DLC pack (TBOGT and LATD)
For months leading up to GTAIV people debated long and hard that GTAIV wasn't actually GTAIV because of (primarily) Vice City and San Andreas... The argument was always that Vice City was GTAIV....
Uncharted Quadruple Platinum Club, 2008-12
Oooh what could the announcement be?
Adding to DNA's post. Here is the pic https://twitter.com/#!/Ubisoft/status/174912913486
Looks kinda like the moon lmao. In seriousness is that a desert of some kind?
The above is rumoured to be the new assassin http://kotaku.com/5889489/is-this-the-star-of-assa
Really like that box art, hopefully they won't ruin it by throwing hundreds of labels all over it.
In regards to the game itself, hopefully the change of character and setting will help revitalise the series, I was really quite disappointed with Revelations.
Although considering it has 3 times the development time I would be worried if they didn't make some significant improvements.
please tell me this is a countdown to the games release! xD I kid, but seriously, what is this counting down to? Cant be the games release! too soon
People have claimed that it is a Native American being the assassin with the tomahawk and bow and arrow which makes sense but what bugs me is why he has his hands wrapped round the British redcoats neck.....It was my understanding that the Native Americans actually sided with the British in the revolutionary war...I for one love the history and look forward to this game, hopefully it's not a big flop.
