Ordered AC:B on the 16th of Nov and got dispatched on the 19th of Nov, got it yesterday the 21st of jan. The game is great so far but was it worth the wait? NO

I stopped using them last xmas when I didn't get my goods. Had to wait until 30 days after I bought them to get my money back. Easier to just go in stores now!

I assume you got your money back though... After 30 days you can get a refund!

I made the mistake of buying LBP2 from them and I am still waiting...

I used to use play.com religiously all the time but their delivery times have been slipping recently so i have started using game.co.uk more you normally get pre-orders a day beforehand and stock items next day if you order before midday.

I think play.com are using a different courier nowadays and it shows i just hope my Dead Space 2 pre-order arrives on time.

To be honest I am beginning to think that they charge your card but do not actually ship that day. HMV sends from the Channel Islands but it's much faster than Play.com.

I get parcels from Japan in less than a week but Play.com is consistently taking more than a week from the day they communicate the shipment.
