Whats wrong with getting points for helping achieve the objective of the game

I say let's have some points for smokers

I'm getting confused by the reference to "choke points", I know my imagination whisks up the smell of smoke sometimes, but it doesn't get so bad that I start choking.

I started on recon class, then I went onto assault and found the 40mm Shotgun and Smoke launcher is VERY underused. I have only got one friend from my psn on battlefield and me and him, with smoke grenade launchers and Motion sensors literally run through bases in seconds.

It's a fantastic piece of kit.
