So looks like that this BIG patch will be live soonish... Lets hope they dont break it

They make the patch sound so big it takes a team of 20 men just to move it across the office. This patch system really needs streamlining, there must be a better way. They need to get fixes out much quicker.

I can't understand why some stuff stayed broken all this time, like the A10 score not counting when i've spent hours in it, or CRAM's on carriers, surely thats just a server tweak ? I mean the object / asset / whatever is already in the game.

Yeah they do seem to take their time with things...

Its like the IRNV scope thing that is now useless, never really used it, but would like the have the option to use it...

But Ho Hum, lets hope they fix more than they break!!!

its DICE so nothing is ever a rush with them.

as for the IRNV scope well true enough loads of people were using it and since the patch it stopped, however i find it useful on dark maps, like Highway

Yeah i liked it on that map with a sniper, i also quite liked crawling around indoors on Damavand Peak...

It doesnt look as cool as it does on the SP mission where you need to take or the lights before the drop off... Night Shift i think its called?

Most of the wait can be put down to DICE the rest is the "mythical" certification on consoles which holds back the PC from also getting updates. (however that works)

Well they've sure broken something this morning. Conquest servers have got Rush maps mixed into the rotation and normal servers have got B2K maps on. Lol. Just seen seine crossing on a B2K only server and Damavand peak rush following Operation Firestorm conquest. Checked the map rotation lists and its a jumbled mess.

Hopefully they're still fiddling with it and they don't just leave it like that. Every game is a lucky dip

i dont know why the official DICE servers had to be segregated into B2K and normal ones anyway, yes have that segragation for those who want to play them but also have them together

- all maps rotation
- infantry maps rotation
- vehicle maps rotation
- DLC Maps rotation

i have a couple of friends who didnt get the limited edition copy and so, dont have the B2K DLC, if i dont i select a B2K server weither through quick match or by accident, one of 2 things will happen

if its on a normal map within the rotation, everyone will get in fine, including those without the DLC, but when the rotation reaches a DLC map, anyone without the DLC is kicked back to main menu

if its on a DLC map within the rotation those with DLC will go into the server, leaving those without the DLC on the main menu

this needs fixing, to identify if anyone within the lobby squad / party doesnt have the DLC and display a message notifying the party host of this. Then when jumping to quick match its shouyld prevent the party going into a B2K server. The system should also make all B2K server within the server browser unselectable while those without DLC are in the party

No good business model includes iritating customers by holding back fixes just for the jollies. There must be some constraint or other factor that requires them to operate in this manner.

Its not nice, but its a bit unfair to hammer them on it.
