If I'm on the attacking team and I see a camper on my team, I get my pistol with a torch on and shine it in their face.

They soon move.

I've never had a problem with campers but, when you are not playing the game mode and your team loses and there are players camping not helping out, then it does become a problem on Cod and especially BF3.

For me, camping on BF, are snipers miles out of the way, not contributing to the cause at all. That ***** me off.

But a well organised defence team, if you are attacking,  will have to sit behind rocks, or in bushes at times, to avoid being seen and thus spotted and then gunned down.

Defending is all about protecting, say on rush more, A or B. I'm quite happy behind a set of sandbags, or perched on a hill, spotting people and laying down fire to stop people getting to A or B? Is that camping not really.

But nilet i totally agree with what you say. +12 People who don't play the objective are so frustrating.

i hope the "Kick" function will be present in BF3, it would be a same to have someone on your team that camps all the way through the game without contributing to any of the objectives

The difference in camping in BF3 and COD, is that you are rewarded greatly for camping in COD with killstreaks and have a much bigger, more noticeable effect on the game as a whole. BF3 camping is sometimes a requirement as a defender, but as an attacker it's detrimental to your team winning as they (especially your squad) will need your help pushing forward. For me personally, camping is a much bigger/more annoying issue in COD than BF3.
