I think if you pay for a server you're entitled to kick people, with a warning, who are doing something to ruin the game. The difficult thing is differentiating between what people do and don't find acceptable. Spawn camping, jet ramming, constant load music on the mic, vehicle teamkilling or keeping vehicles in spawn points (pointless but something I've seen on the rise recently for some odd reason) amongst other are something I don't like, however others might not agree.

If you go into a server with rules, then break them and get kicked then I think that's fair enough. However, being kicked for killing the host or being in the MVP position is just an abuse of power and shows how petty some gamers can be.

Rights of the minority should not overall the majority. 

As much i like private servers the lack of standardisation pretty much kills this game of causal players. 

Should be a standardisation server rule for ranked games where only ping can kick you. 

Unranked you can do anything with any rules.

Right now i see no reason for unranked servers  

Disagree but that the best method. Lack of standardisation is one reason why i don't play PC any more.

I've been banned by just being in the match. I think people shake in their boots when I enter a match

. I think I ran about 10 feet, then I thought I lost connection, but seen I got kicked. Then thought maybe a VIP came in..Join again, still about 8 people on each side. Kicked then banned. Utter mongs.

I was in a match that said M26 users would get kicked, other team were spamming the M26, I shot 1 M26 back.

Kicked.
