Has anyone unlocked the Javelin yet? I read it locks onto heat signatures but I have only got it to lock on a tank so far and it took a fair bit for it to do that

does the stinger get any upgrades?
I'm finding that when they use flares by time I've reloaded and got lock on again their flares are available again

The Stinger has no upgrades.

How many flares do pilots get? They always flare out all 3 of my rockets.

FGM-148 JAVELIN

A shoulder launched AntiTank missile with both a direct and top attack mode. Fire-and-Forget system requires a lock on before launch, exceptionally powerful against enemy armor.

Oops, guess it's just for tanks. I will stick to my trusty RPG for them me thinks.

I know what you mean with that one Stu. However I did manage to take a jet down after 1st missile taken out by the flares....luckily locked on with second one before he had chance to do the same...I suppose its down to how quick you can lock on with your 2nd missile

I've found that if you push your luck and hold the lock for a bit they sometimes panic and deploy flares
