So this has blown up quite a bit.

By the looks of things, it's vbeen announced via Medal of Honors channels (official site, Facebook page).

I've noticed a lot of people complaining that it's a little too soon, bear in mind that this is just a beta, going by the last cycle, with the first MoH, it was a whole year before we saw the BF 3 beta and that was rather close to the full game's release.

So what do you think, is it too early to be psyched for BF4?  What about a Bad Company 3?  What about 2143?  If that even existed, which I don't think it does.

I think BF4 is way to early to talk about. BC3 would be a better idea. I think BF4 should be kept for next gen.

Most of us just spent £40 on Premium to. At the same time, BF4 might still be 3 years from release so who knows. Would need more details before I swing my handbag.

EA wonder why there one of the most hated publishers in the games industry...They'll be milking goats next cause all the cows are dry.

I wont be pushed into pre ordering another rubbish game. BF4 wont be pre ordered either until I know what to expect. The beta was completely different to the final game, and better IMO.

OH well, we will see.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is just Bad Company 3 renamed to Battlefield 4. BF3 sold huge numbers compared to Bad Company 2 so it would be understandable if they just decided to go for a name change. It's probably not going to released until late next year at the earliest anyway.

I hope BF4 is kept for the next gen, like people have said, they've released quite a bit of DLC, so it would be a shame for people to have to move on to a new game so soon.

I've pre-ordered my copy,  can't wait for september.  If it was only as good as the first Borderlands - that'd make it already better than anything DICE will vomit up as a sequel to BF3.

It just looks like there trying to squeeze out another battlefield game before the current gen ends which is surprising. Battlefield 4 should be next gen that's what I thought it would be. If they want a battlefield game out next year were is bad company 3?

I'd rather see Bad Company 3, still rate BC2 as better than BF3
