Best class to start with

I am going to make a start on BFBC2 when i get lvl 40 of Bioshock 2 done and dusted.

I was just wondering what class to start with or just pick whatever in the lobby to balance the squad.

Anything you want really try them all out and see which you prefer!

Just dont camp in a bush on a hill somewhere when your supposed to be attacking in Rush and you should be ok!

Everyone has their own preference because they're all so balanced. Just have a pop and see which you fancy.

Balancing your squad sounds like a good tactic though. And will be appreciated by more skilled players :smileyhappy:

Re: Best class to start with

I agree with what IS said about balancing the squads but personally if you're going to go for one class I'd recommend medic. I've played as both recon and an engineer since playing as a medic and in comparison the amount of XP you gain as a medic is far superior to the amount you gain as a recon or engineer guy (especially if you use the defib often and put down med kits often).

Then again you might want to get the boring and more difficult classes out of the way first?

Re: Best class to start with

Medic is a good choice in general for XP, but if your squad is favouring vehicles, engineer can net you as many points. But medic is more generally applicable for sure.

Re: Best class to start with

I tend to get a lot of points when playing assault too, just by dishing out ammo. With the medic, I die a lot running round trying to find bodies to revive, when I am right on top of the minimap marker. Although you always score well as medic.
But the noobtube rules too :smileytongue:

Re: Best class to start with

Medic is great for leveling up like mad when you start, exactly what I did. 80 points for a squad revive means I don't even bother trying to get kills when attacking as a medic but with the M60 you will get a fair few kills.
