Cheating swines

[ Edited ]

I was playing on the SOG soldiers without mercy server playing conquest on Metro last night, we were winning massivly and had them pinned into there spawn area.  The score was something like 500 - 2000 in our favour where the cheating sods decided to switch sides and try and pin us in the spawn area.

Re: Cheating swines

unfortunately it was a mate who took us to that server and I would have quit but I was doing really well at the time i think I finished with 14,000 points which was more than double than the 2nd placed player on our team

I have to admit though, seeing spawn camping players get flipped into the spawn they were just mercilessly camping does give me a good chuckle.

We did manage to capture all 3 points and had been playing for about 15-20 mins by the time we had them pinned back

Re: Cheating swines

We had a team pinned on Seine Crossing and the admins swapped us. I was not happy about that. It was a 200% game. It took a lot of work to get them back and get them into that position. A lot of damage and flag control. Fighting them was like trying to stamp out a fire only for another to appear. I don't see why anyone would get a chuckle out of the admins turning the tables after all that effort.

It's like playing chess with a pigeon with some of these admins. They just kick the pieces over and poo all over the table.

Re: Cheating swines

Without knowing the specifics, you can make an educated guess that a spawn camped team will end up with people quitting. In those cases admins may swap players to even the sides up. I'll do it in servers I'm admin on, but usually take the bottom placed players (or any heli/jet base campers depending on the map, justice and all that!) as they're likely to have only recently joined.

In these cases it looks like they may have taken the top players to give the other team a chance. I've had that happen to me, teams looking fairly even but still winning then suddenly swapped to a team full of high ranks to stack the server in the admins favour.
