I think stuff is unfair if there's no way to avoid it, thats the universal definition of a noob kill we should all agree on. Choppers used to fit that description in BFBC2 but now you can avoid them or shoot them down. Are people cheating by using an overpowered gun when you have access to the same gun to counter attack ? IMO no.
You shouldnt need to use the same gun as somebody else in order to balance the playing field.
Most other guns, you can win a 1-1 fight no matter what weapon you have, but the USAS is fierce up close because its a shotgun, and its a demon at range because of its frag rounds and range.
The implication that you need to use the USAS to counter the USAS demonstrates patently the degree of the issue.

I've got more infantry experience than many others around here, having service stars on about 30 different guns and spending 75% of my time on foot playing the objectives. If thats what you call noob whilst flying safely above in your chopper or driving by in your tank, then i'm proud to be a noob.

My vehicle score is the highest on the OPC platoon (9 times the average) and I haven't been on for a over a week, is that nooby?

Yea, well I have 6 service stars for my knife, so clearly, whilst that stat is actually meaningless in the debate, my internet schlong is clearly the bigger one.
