First off i just want to say i love these guys and they give EA a good name
There high on my list of top developers and that frostbite engine is something special ![]()

DICE has revealed it’s thinking about doing a sequel to Battlefield 1943.
We will see more of those in the future? We’ll see,” said Executive Producer on Battlefield: Bad Comppany 2, Karl-Magnus Troedsson.
“As a franchise, we’re going to focus on the near future but that doesn’t exclude that we can do more of these smaller products in the near future.”
He also confirmed the studio will be bringing premium DLC for BF 1943.
The game released last summer for PS3 and 360, with a PC release due sometime this year.

Good news to me
Over my years of gaming the CoD & MoH games spoiled the WW1 & 2 eras and stopped me playing them. Hence my attitude about the CoD franchise. But Battlefield 1943 made me forget all that and for the price it is the most valued for money game ever bringing barrel rolls of laughs, buckets full of bombs and all in some pretty good large destructible environments ![]()

yeah EA are a shambles IMO.....
i did not think dice/ea would have had the bottle to bring out DLC for 1943 considering many people have connection problems, headset problems, squad problems in the game, i thought they would have fixed these things first
i'm NAT2, opened up the ports required ( which incidently it's only EA games i have a problem with and their "get out clause" is always the ports)
i wont buy it to get a good few kills then kicked from the game

Truthfully I wont be buying DLC nor any sequel to this game , they proved to me that this game was only a way of jumping on the BF band wagon and cashing in on all it's loyal fans.
I heard it was to fill in between the 2 BF:BC games because the fans was getting impatient.

Hmmmmm, whoopy do. DLC for a broken game.
I have had connection issues since day one. I have been on the forums asking for help, none given. So I decided to ring EA customer service, again, after opening the ports they said and putting into DMZ etc etc, it still disconnected after 24 mins each time. I have no problems with any other games online.
So I decided to complain, went through many emails asking for my money back, saying it was broken, but they wouldn't give in and actually sent me a rather hefty message saying not to bother emailing anymore. That didn't stop me, so I sent more, but they never responded.
In all, EA are a bunch of money grabbing such and suches.....I love the game, it's brilliant, but their level of customer service is a disgrace to the gaming community.
Don't even ask for me to post their emails to me....because I wont out of privacy between them and me, but I can promise you, these guys are not interested in helping gamers that don't get what they pay for.
ps. Really looking for to BFBC 2

just doesn't make sense some people have lots of problems, and others dont.
Oh well, shame that these small problems let a great game down. Hoping BFBC2 doesn't have the same problems.
