never had any problems with it! voice comms were a bit iffy, but thats a given really and it doesn't bother me. i had alot of fun playing it. bit late for DLC though i think, i know i'll be playing BC2 instead.

Voice comms, squadding, balancing, private matches, freezes, and that is just to start with. Some can't even connect, some disconnect every so often. The game is a joke, but having premium DLC for it is ultimate punch line.

As much as i like bf series, i wouldn't pay for extra dlc for 1943.

thats not really a valid answer about the BF1943 problems, of course game developers want your money, anyone in the retail/consumer market want your money however that does not excuse poorly executed QA.

every game i have owned is fine bar 1943 and occasional match up probs on fifa 09, granted i was not smart enough to understand porting for fifa 09 so i have to give that the benefit of the doubt.....

but 1943 is a great game but infuriating for a lot of people and they cant all be wrong, its broken for a helluva lot of us , i remember actually getting to the stage where 300pts was my cut off, if i got to 300 points i would quit so that i could save my stats and it would not freeze/disconnect

The private match issues was a joke, let alone all of the other issues in the game. Shame as I did enjoy it when it first came out, but it went down hill quick.

Hope the issues they learn't from 1943, they have taken into account for BFBC:2. For the price and the original enjoyment from the game, I don't mind if they used it as an effective prolog.
