Yeah.. I think I have half the kills per time used for the sniper rifles, compared to the assault rifles..

Just means it's more difficult to be a good sniper than a good assault. Nothing new about that. ...But.. I have had a lot of games where I got more points as Recon compared to assault. That's not difficult. Spots, assists, vehicles, captures, objective and squad bonuses..

But most Recons don't do that though 

Good Recon =  He should be doing like blowing up tanks, throwing a sensor ball into the middle of a conflict.... helping out you buddies, spotting a guy running towards a M-COM and shooting him in the back of the head

Most Recon (Bad) = Shoots people.... um.. um.. then steals a Black hawk only to crash into the enemy base giving them the heli, throws a sensor ball on the floor next to him just so he doesn't get stabbed (still does though)

Mm. Happens sometimes, that you have a sniper covering your general direction. And he or she does nothing. Just sits there, waiting for the enemy to turn up in the middle of the field

But it's not difficult to play recon well for a squad or a team that has at least some sense of direction. If you can hit the first guy trying to move out of cover, or take down the soldier covering the rear of a group, and spot the rest, the mission suddenly gets easier. Just wounding the sniper spotting for an assault team as well is worth a lot. Or killing the one guy turning up on the flank. Or just hitting the attackers early. Or herding the defenders a bit. That's useful. Even if you don't get that many kills.

Played as recon last night with my squad and ended up with a total of 11.500 points, and they were not from just killing
