Stuck on the campaign. On the bit were you have to go on that bridge and use the LMG

Yes I know its the 2nd mission  Every time I pick the gun up and start firing I get killed I am playing on hard difficultly though, but still 

Want to play the campaign and then *puts on flameproof running shoes* play on Blops. You get unlock tokens on MW3 for each CoD you have prestiged in and its a double XP weekend and I hate blops so I want to spend as little time on it as possible.

I was also stuck on this part for a good hour and 30 minutes, on hard too. What I ended up doing was getting the LMG and then going and hiding on the stairs that I got onto the bridge with, worked a treat. I also got stuck on Operation Guillotine for 3 hours too due to AI Team-mates pushing me out of cover.
