 I just shot a pilot and a gunner out of a helicopter with a double headshot using a JNG-90. I was like My friends were like I bet the people were like It's moments like this that make me wish I could record gameplay footage, imagine all the people out there who have seen amazing things happen but had no way to show them. I know thats what they were going for with only in battlefield but still thats probably about 1% of cool crap that comes out of this game.

Have you ever gotten or been a witness to any unbeleivable kills yourselfs?

You would need to be recording every game you play to catch moments like that but then your computer would explode.

But if there was an easy way to record gameplay even if people dont record every match there still would be a lot more cool clips about. We can only hope DICE put in the battle recorder

Yeah, just happened on Donya Fortress. You know how flag A is on that little balcony? Well it turned out a wiseguy on the other team planted C4 there.

So as we're capturing, he detonates and took 5 of us out. Must've had a huge smiley troll face when all those kills popped up on his/her screen.

So, tip for easy (and cheap) kills: plant bunch of C4 on Flag A at Donya Fortress.

Planting C4 on any flag on close quarters is boom boom shake the room

I wish I could record the VOIP sometimes.  I joined a squad 2 days ago in a close quarters game and heard the worst racial abuse i've ever heard in my life,  it was venomous,  persistent and very nasty.  It sounded like two American teenagers talking to a younger lad who said he was Turkish.  

The things they said were so vile I put my headset on and warned them i'd be reporting the incident,  then I got mocked myself for being British and sounding 'funny'.   This was on a European server BTW.

They've violated the terms & conditions of their PSN account and should be deleted,  but since I didn't record anything its just my word against theirs.  One day though,  if they don't change their behaviour online,  they'll get caught out & put on Youtube.

Yesterday on Operation Firestorm I cleaned a chopper out of it from across the map as you leave the spawn. I couldn't even see it over the ridge. I just saw a distant, orange attack chopper symbol on my 3-D map. Aimed over it, all while motoring along, and casually fired a shot, not expecting anything. It took a couple of seconds before I saw the double kill/vehicle wipeout register to my surprise.

this is why we need an in-game battlerecorder, even something just from player POV, running in background and recording the match with an option to save at end of each match like the "save replay" feature in gran turismo at the end of each race.

Can you imagine how many gigs recording a whole match will take up on the servers of a battle recorder or on your HDD

Even more so with the custom servers with x 50 million ticket count.
