Ill pick it up soon now so I can noob it up with insta-kill FAMAS! only joking guys lol* does the L85A2 come with B2K? Ive been playing as assault a lot to unlock it. Just unlocked the AN-94 but the next unlock isn't the L85A2 as I expected lol When I checked the battlelog it said something about completing a challenge. Anyone fancy giving me a heads up on this quibble? I use the L85A2 on other games its available on but BF3 is starting to grind my gears by forcing me to use inferior foreign rifles for so long lol

L85 is part of B2K second assault unlock. You need 10 heals + 10 revives to get the FAMAS then 200 assault rifle kills, 20 M320 kills (on a weapon rail only I think, though its glitched I think, lots of thinking 
) and win 5 squad death matches
Theres 2 unlocks for each class plus 1 PDW (PP19) and 1 shotgun (MK3A1)
Ratty was most excited the other day he had both Stu and I plus a special guest appearance from Lord Camo of Sheffield

@MrI I've told you WE NEVER ARE FOES. PS forumers should always be on the same side. You lot can abuse the vehicles and I'll deal with the shooting people and trying to capture flags (but probably dying mid capture heehee)It's bloody awful, get Confrontation and play real suppression not that silly "classic" *hmph*
@Mike check the patch notes again, only says they can evade with flares. I can still fire him across the map and potentially hit a helicopter if it doesn't flare
@Cloudy (again) I will still try to fire you off the end of a tank regardless of teams

I know you could, but if they become anything like the infantry anti air you wont

Nah. May be glitched, but you definitely don't need a rail.
The description says "20 kills with underslung grenade launcher" so you should need a rail but its glitched so you can use it on its own..

Cheers for the info Mr I. Looks like Ill be getting B2K in a few days. DICE have suckered me into buying DLC for once. They must know I love a good L85A2 Ive been enjoying the AN-94 since I unlocked it so that should keep me going till I get me trusty rifle....

Just a guess but do you you use a gun called the IW80 in SOCOM? 
SA80 being the family name.
A1 and A2 being generation.
L85 being the assault rifle.
L86 being the light support weapon so oftern shortened to LSW due to there being no other weapon designated for that role in the British armed forces.
And the IW refering to an indiviual persons weapon and as the SA80A2 (L85) is the standard rifle its sometimes refered to as IW80.

Also just to point out to any "ignorant" *looks at southeners like tricky, randy and ratchet* people here much impact Manchester had on music during the Madchester days. Even my PSN id is probably due to Madchester bands and the music that came as a result in the Britpop era
