Hey i am from morroco i did bought the battlefield 3 and i dont know why i cant redeem my pass online code i am so ssure that its a not used code but it sad that it incorect or may be not valid or i dont know what ever plizzz guys help meeeeeeeee i was so exited about this game

First off, where did you buy the game from?

I'm guessing that you bought a version not for your country. As an example, a US version of the game and you live in the UK, the online code won't work.

All codes and DLC are region locked.

I bouht it from moroco but its on spanish langutch moroco and spain are so close

Sounds like you have the Spanish version, which won't work with the pass.

Might be worth contacting the EA Livechat. I had issues before with a cod for BC2. I had a 360 code in my PS3 box. 

  I had to send them a picture of the code, & I think I had to show them the receipt, but I got a new code in the end.

I'm trying to find a direct link to the livechat for you. I'll post up if I can find it.

If that link doesn't work, then just sigh in, & go to the contact page. Enter in the few details, then the contact stuff should highlight at the bottom....It used to be easier.

Because each region is different, especially in the EU.

As an example, if you have the Spanish version of the game bought from Spain but you live in the UK the online code and all DLC will not work. All codes and DLC are region locked for each country, always been like this and always will be.
