Anybody having problems unlocking the nemesis ribbon? Yesterday I should have received 5 but only got 2. Tonight I killed 1 player 8 times and another 12, yet nothing pops up

Checked my battlelog and its clear other players in the round received it:

Bit frustrated as this is one of the hardest to get normally.

Are you sure you killed them 5 times in a row without them killing you?

I believe it is actually 7 times in a game, 5 until they become your nemesis then 2 more kills to get the ribbon

Even if they have killed you??

^^ Thats how I understand it. I have 7 nemsis ribbons and for 4 of them, I didn't build up a 5 or 7 kill streak to earn them. Last night I killed one player 7 times before got me. I was 8-2 when I quit. The second player we were 12-12.. seemed like taking turns to kill each other He has the ribbon though.

It's not a 5 or 7 kill streak. It's kill the same person 5 times without them killing you.

Found a better explantion


To get the ribbon you need to kill 2 separate people 5 times without them killing you or kill the same person 7 times.

You can be killed during this time, as long as you're not killed by one of the two people mentioned above

No problems here. Had about 100 using LMGs since CQ came out.
