Soflam has a range of 600m

If i remember correctly caspian border is 3200m long from one flag to another. 

You can shutdown a pretty big area if you put the soflam in the right place. Couple spots on each map which shutdown the map to air support and armour.

Soflam is going to auto target things within it cross hair , you don't have to be close to a soflam to target stuff. Put one down go back to your spawn hide and auto target from your spawn.

Soflam also good for spotting stuff too helping cover your back.

I played as a recon just using the soflam and got like 7K points in a round before now.

Got a good 40 odd laser assist that game.

Like anything in the game got to learn how to use it.

A reason why if am in a heli i go after soflams in the hands of a good team they are a deadly weapon.

So I can stick one in the middle lookin left and one looking to the right and just have constant lockons the whole game? I'm confused. Do you have to set the exact position? Then leave it?

Maybe i should set one down with the ground just in view, then another beside it but above. Kind of so the whole sky is covered? Is this a good tactic?

Seeing as this is now GD I'll mention that I'd forgotten just how good the Freemasons mix of Deja Vu is. Can't stand Beyonce normally epically that song but the Freemasons make her songs so much better And their remix of Wonderful Life by Hurts is simply sublime Could see a great Bf3 montage done to that tuuuuuuuune
