yes they said they will patch the input lag and various other issues.

But i doubt you'll see a patch till december.

I don't get input lag at 720p, either. And since everybody seems to mention their screen sizes for some odd reason, mine is 86 inches

To be honest, I thought people who were complaining of input lag were just being moaners. But that video is terrible. I don't have the problem thankfully.

It's mostly on the tac lights but does mention jets and the controller input lag on PS3 at 720p resolution- "being worked on." However no date but at least confirmation that it is being worked on.

I'd love to see video proof of somebody who says they don't have input lag.

The only vid on youtube I've seen of somebody "proving" he didn't have input lag on BF3, he had it just as bad as everybody else.

Some people just don't notice it.

I don't have it like the 1st video which is horrendous, haven't checked so closely to determine if it's like the video you posted.

In any case, it's no worse than other PS3 FPSs I've played (MAG and KZ2), otherwise I would have noticed. And I'm doing just fine in the scoreboards so I'm not concerned about this.

I'll take a closer look tonight when I play.

Your TV obviously plays a big role in it too. That's why I bought a TV with input lag of only 14ms (actually input lag tested, not "responce time" they advertise) even the high end Sony TV's had around 30-40ms at the time I bought my TV.

I do fine too. It's not exactly gamebreaking, nor nothing that I couldn't get used to, but after switching to 576p for a day to try it, then going back to 720p, I just couldn't force myself to play it like that any more. So now I'm stuck playing a PS3 game on a HDTV in 576p.
