They did say that it'll be the biggest one yet, so I assume they automatically mean on console aswell
also, I forgot to post the seond pict:

It'll probably take days to get from the base, to the objective. When you're on foot, after your teammate has zoomed off in the last jeep. ![]()
Does sound pretty nice. Can only hope they can work some magic, so we're not stuck on 24 players for a map of this scale.

(sorry for the double post, I had trouble editing the other one)
a nice comparison was posted in the text aswell saying:
"As a comparison, Caspian Border is roughly 1,100 meters between the U.S. and Russian deployments — around 800 meters difference both in width and length. Should you count the distance between your spawned jet and the enemy spawned jet, you will end up with 2,400 meters on Bandar Desert"
EDIT:
I only just found out that there are already some vids out on youtube for instance this one:

Please let that AC 130 Gunship be actually controllable in the DLC.....
That would be sweet!

you know what, this looks great, I have never been a fan of the tight / small maps, but what I really want is the *****ing game fixed.
I find it incredibly arrogant of both EA & DICE to keep pumping this stuff out while the game is still broken, and chargeing people for things to "enhance" a broken game at that.
seriously, it's so much of a "***** you" were going to make as much money as humanly possible attitude
Considering this game is on a platform as old as the PS3 is, along with its limited graphical capabilities etc I think it's good, however, they have missed out on the oppopportunity of releasing one of the greatest fps shooters so far with their short-sighted view on things.

What's wrong with it...? I haven't encountered anymore glitches or anything for a long time
