Oh right I stand corrected then, I thought when I tried the headphone setting it didn't seem to make much difference, but I will try it again on the headphone setting tonight might stop me from getting my neck sliced open all the time lol :smileymad:

you hear everyones footsteps tho, so it doesn't really help.

Best thing to listen out for is American or Russian voice (depending on what the opposite team is to you) going on about reloading or spotting people.

Re: footsteps ETC important N/Y

Hi

Whats the different sound settings do then, I know I should have tried them, but just wondering what they alter or sound like if you have tried them?

Thanks

Well I set my audio to headphones and put my astros on and to be honest it doesn't sound any different to the war tapes setting in fact it doesn't sound as good, still cant really hear footsteps all that great.

Re: footsteps ETC important N/Y

Hi Devon.

I have seen all the different sound settings, but just never bothered with them.

I have mine set to home cinema. I thought setting it to headphones wouls just make it come out in stereo, where Home Cinema would be 5.1.

I will have a play around and see.

But, I might not bother for a while, going to get Ghost Recon, Future Soldier today, plus I am still Playin g BFBC2 as I have kind of gone off Battle*****ed 3
