hey cell, coolies, well that's a start point from me. have you actually just pressed display when you have the disc in and does it state the HZ that it's displayed that time? Is it actually saying 24hz?

If I was buying mainly for movies I'd be looking at getting one shortly. They look amazing with a HD source. But as I have a bit of an inner plasma-fanboy in me, and I watch a lot of TV and game, I'm holding off until the Panasonice VT and GT30s come in to see what I think of them..
