Ok I just watched the 1st episode of the new season of Bones and noticed that in the background one of the x-rays is actually an x-ray of Homer Simpson with a tiny brain.

Has anyone else found anything like this??

Hmm well I know it's not a TV show but I do remember in Hot Fuzz where Danny is looking through the DVD collection at the supermarket, when the purple jacket-wearing shoplifter runs past him he tosses the DVD back onto the rack in pursuit, the dvd being Shaun of the Dead.

I can't think of any others right now.

EDIT: I found the scene on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8yBerxNArw very average quality but if you pause at the right time the DVD cover is identical to that of Shaun of the Dead but the title has been changed to "Zombies Party".
