Couldn't agree more and that's coming from someone who works as a projectionist for Village Cinemas. 
Highlights of the movie for me were...
- Optimus' trailer. They finally gave it to him in the movieverse and they managed to make it essential: it's his entire arsenal!
- Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's introductory shot (even better in 3D, IMO). 
- The twist with Sentinel Prime (especially how he drove his point home by murdering Ironhide in cold blood 
). Totally did not see that one coming.
- Optimus' speech when the Autobots reappear after faking their death. To me, it perfectly conveyed the rage of movieverse Prime with the strong sense of righteousness we've come to expect of the character since G1.
- Optimus vs The Driller. Short, but no less awesome.
- "Time to find out!"
