It's obvious why! It's a hover car and gas for those isn't cheap!
gas? i thought this thing used garbage? didn't the doc fill it up with a rotten banana skin, a half empty beer can and some other trash from marty's trash can at the end of the 1st film? sounds dirt cheap to me

I suppose it's more expensive because it is the only one that does something different, the others are just cars already there with different skins. Will I be paying out just to have a flashing red light in front of my GT or will it go at 300 mph and be practically indestructible? Plus it looks nothing like the car it's based on.
They could have given us more cars for the price, how about the A-Team van, the Burnout van is a close match already. Or the Starsky and Hutch Gran Torino, would be good in the upcoming pursuit mode. The Fall Guy 4x4, I loved the paint job (yes, I know, I'm struggling).

I think £1.70 per car (4 pack) is pretty reasonable. Sure it's not the deal of the century but it could have been a lot more! It could have been £4 a car, £16 for the lot, then you would be fuming.
could you imagine how much the game would cost if they charged £1.70 for every car thats in the game.
