Yeah, it's hard to believe. 3 years old, still a good game, and popular online. :-)

Best driving game I have ever played. Completed it then traded it, then completed it again and now I am on my third time. Even better with a steering wheel. I used to turn it on an go for a cruise for a few hours, not many games you can do that on.

January 25th 2008 was the EU release date wow how time has flown by.

I remember when i bought my Ps3 in march 2008 with a few games bundled with it and then adding Burnout Paradise to it without hesitation because of previous titles i played on Ps2/Psp.

It was also my first online experience on the Ps3 made a few online friends who i still play online and chat.

I remember the trophy patch later that year didn't think twice about deleting save data to start again for trophies good times. :smileyhappy:

I have the perfect idea everyone :smileyhappy: ! Let's throw a big birthday party and sing happy birthday... Go on, sing! No? Fine I'll start you off :smileytongue: ...

'Happy birthday to you (not you, burnout paradise by the way :smileyvery-happy: ), happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Burnout Paradise... happy birthday to you!'

Now all we need is a delicious birthday cake with three candles on it  .

Re: Burnout Paradise is 3 Years old :)

burnout sure features a big variety of unique online moments!

8 player challenge started...

...

...

...

"PURPLE PLAYER! WHAT ARE YOU DOING, COME OVER HERE!!"

I also remember how i got my game. i came home late but still wanted to go out again just to buy that game. finding out that my dad alrdy got it for me, ready to be played! =D

i think no other game has an online mode that is THAT entertaining and unique.

one time, me and a friend came home from school, started burnout, did some homework via headset (while in the game) did some challenges and quit the game laaate that night. it was AWESOME!

we had so many ppl coming in our game just listening to us doing homework xD

and of course its a great game to make friends. =)

Re: Burnout Paradise is 3 Years old :)

It's still the most awesome racing game ever. I've had a lot of fun in my first PlayStation 3 days, met some awesome people online and never gets boring. Still have to complete the multiplayer, about 50 challenges to go :smileyvery-happy:
