Burnout Paradise

Dear Community

I've just downloaded Burnout Paradise Surf Island Upgrade and it said it had installed.  

At the playstation store the money has been taken from my wallet and when I check my download list the upgrade is there along with the 2 other free downloads.

However when in the game, and clicking on Surf Island, it shows as not accessable and would I like to purchase. Also in the Burnout store from within in the game, again the 2 free downloads are ticked but the Surf Paradise is showing unavailable.

I have gone back to the downloads list and repeatedly re-downloaded and have had installation confirmed. But it is missing.

I would be very appreciative of some resolution please.

Are you using the same region of game to the download? i.e. do you have an USA copy of the game and are trying to use a UK download? The games are region free but the downloads arent.

have you tried just loading into the normal game, then driving through the gates on the bridge?

Just to bump this post, I have done the same thing - bought big surf island through PS Store, and can't see it in BP.

Nothing unusual about my game or account - both from the same country.

Anyone having any ideas? I was planning a good Friday night with a beer and bashing some billboards!

Make sure you're using the correct version of the game, (UK one if bought on UK account etc), then try deleting the Burnout Paradise Game Data, redownload the game, then reapply the unlock keys in the order of release.

That might help fix it.
