Why the *** do people still claim that criterion are the best developers. Or is it just me not using the word "best" in the right context. I hope they patch it because thats an embarrassment. It'll be really stupid to actually charge for challenges on the island making it further unplayable. They shouldn'tt have allowed people in the room in the first place. Now we are all stuck with their mess ( their fault ) For anyone who is thinking of picking this up. It's not a long vacation at all. P.S........ Oh Yh is old the new new ?
That post doesn't really make any sense...
But Criterion revealed before it was released that there would only be 10 challenges. You knew what you were buying. It's like if I bought a box of 10 cakes and then complained that there were only 10.
As I've stated in another thread, it doesn't bother me that there aren't that many. Sure, more would have been great, but I would still have been happy if there were no challenges at all.

I am actually getting sick hearing of people complaining about the fact there was only 10 challenges, As Nuclearfish stated, It was public knowlege that there was only 10 challenges, So do not try and act suprised and ripped off by this. I have just completed the island 100% in close to 10 hours playtime, so I would say that Criterions 5 hours of gameplay was an understatement if anything! I would not call £1 per hour of gameplay a rip off!
And do you want to know something else, even though I have finished the island completely, I am no where near bored of it, I am able to go online and play the game with friends, mess about while just driving around, with people coming up with ideas for challenges and tasks for us to do. You shouldn't need to have everything spoon-fed to you, you should be able to come up with amusing ideas for yourself.

Why doesn't it make any sense? Do you find it hard to comprehend simple language? Criterion revealed jack, we only found out through PSN. But did I know that the 10 challenegs will eventually become tedious. No! So you have no common sense.

Don't try and insult me. The fact that you took ten hours to complete it, is amusing in it's very own way. The fact that the island is separated from the main land and that there is only ten challenges is silly and you can't even create a race but no I should pretend that I'm having to race ( I should have a better imagination lol ) Why the hell didn't they just release the island for free in the first place and charge a little extra for challenges. The island does seem popular. No I don't want to mess around with that glitchy game and post my pictures on their site. No thanks.

there's always the chance criterion may add to it. i think its awesome value for money
The fact that people were anticipating that the island would be 20 quid shows the stupidity. It's not even worth halve the price. I've learnt the map and there isn't anything fun to do there anymore. I bought the game in FEB 08 and have kept it this long because the island I was most keen on. I actually thought that 9.99 was a bargain until I found out the content that was really inside. No, reading or watching videos wasn't good enough. I actually bought the game and experienced it with the controller in my hands.
