Black Ops Controller problem

Hi folks, got a strange controller problem on black ops.

 

For a start the sprint button doesnt work and L2 and R2 doesnt work either. sometimes when i start shooting bullets i randomly throw a grenade.

 

Ive tried using the same controller playing all of my other games but it works ok. the problem only occurs when playing black ops.

 

any help would be great
