Hi I am a VERY angry user right now :Mad: as I have bought Black ops 2 HARDENED EDITION and came home to find that the redeem code is not working. So I gave it 24hrs to see if it was just the servers but it STILL WONT WORK :Mad: so I am pleading to PSN or someone who can get in touch with PSN to take this seriously and contact Activision to sort this £57 POUND problem out and quick. :Mad:

I also was foolhardy enough to buy the hardened edition for redeem codes that don't work...My brow furrows with consternation and I am incandesdent with rage.. I feel cheated to the point that I wish to strike a pop star...in the mouth. Has anyone actually found a way round this riddiculous little snag yet?

i too is ***** off, i pre-ordered & paid £69,99 for the harden edition & can't get the redeem code to work, plus iv been told that nuketown zombies map pack is out in december so we didn't need to wait long for it, & also that that nuketown zombies map pack is in part of the season pass which is for the first 4 map packs, so i feel ripped off that my redeem code don't work, & that the season pass has nuketown zombies in it, so why would i want the harden edition for the nuketown zombies when its in the season pass, i feel that the harden edition players have lost out on a map...
I am the same mate well hacked off. Playstation have logged both mine and my sons details and said that I would receive an e-mail and not to keep chasing them up, Not good enough and some extra bonus material for all affected would not go amiss!

I just contacted sony again and i am now downloading my hardened codes :)

I just contacted sony again and it was sorted out in a matter of minutes :)
I called back with my reference number from yesterday when i reported the issue i called back read the guy the code out and i went in account management input the code and it worked :)
Just give them a call the sort it straight out :)
